Partnership Property Management is a leader in affordable housing as a result of our extensive understanding of Section 42 requirements.  We provide federal and state compliance monitoring and reporting for your tax credit properties.  Partnership Property Management has a dedicated and trained compliance staff.  We have proven success in lease up of new properties and success in rehab and compliance at acquisition rehab properties.  We have developed a good working relationship with state agencies and syndicators in five states.  Our centralized management structure is a key to the success of our Tax Credit properties.

Maintenance, inside and out, is of the highest importance to everyone. The apartment communities we manage are professionally landscaped and maintained, creating excellent curb appeal and community pride.

We also do much more than manage attractive apartment communities. We view our management role as that of an ambassador to our residents, the neighborhood, and the city or town. As part of our strategy to retain long-term residents, we plan community activities such as holiday get-togethers, yard sales, cookouts, meet-your-neighbor parties and spring planting days. Partnership Property Management's team manages all the day-to-day operations of the property. We work with aspects of accounting, applicable laws, regulation compliance, marketing, and maintenance.
