On 9/27/24 Hurricane Helene pummeled properties managed by Partnership Property Management in South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia. Fortunately, from our preliminary reports we believe that all our residents and employees have made it through the storm safely. Unfortunately, there is widespread power, water, cell and internet outages. Additionally, numerous roads are closed hampering our efforts to determine the extent of damage and assist families. We have ground crews making their rounds clearing trees and staff working to restore and maintain properties and provide essentials where possible. This will be a long recovery effort to get things back to normal.
